Bolt Voyage - Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the mobile game Bolt Voyage: Screw Puzzle 3D ("the game"), published by Xain Labs ("we", "us"), collects, why, and the choices you have. The game does not ask you to create an account and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your game progress (unlocked levels, stars, coins, daily reward streak) and your settings (sound, music, vibration) are saved on your device only. We do not upload them to our own servers. Uninstalling the game deletes this data.

2. Advertising - Google AdMob

The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). Rewarded ads are always optional. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

• Device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID
• Your IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived
• Device and app information (device model, operating system, app version)
• How you interact with ads, and diagnostic data about ad performance

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings screen ("Privacy Settings" button). Anywhere, you can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on most Android devices).

3. Game analytics - GameAnalytics

We use GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS) to understand how players use the game, so we can balance difficulty and fix problems. It collects:

• A random player ID created on your device, and session start and end times
• Game events, such as levels started, completed or failed, stars earned, coins earned and spent, boosters used and ads watched
• Device information (model, manufacturer, operating system version), app version and country
• On Android, possibly your device's advertising ID

4. Why we use this information

• To show ads, which keep the game free
• To measure which levels are too easy or too hard and improve the game
• To detect and fix technical problems

5. How to delete your data in Bolt Voyage: Screw Puzzle 3D

Bolt Voyage has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to or close. To delete your data:

1. Game progress and settings: uninstall the game. Your levels, stars, coins, daily reward streak and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted immediately.
2. Analytics data (GameAnalytics): email zain.design90@gmail.com with the subject "Bolt Voyage data deletion". We will ask GameAnalytics to delete the gameplay events, device identifiers and diagnostic data linked to your device and confirm by email within 30 days.
3. Advertising data (Google AdMob): on your Android device, open Settings > Google > Ads and tap "Delete advertising ID". Data Google holds for advertising is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.

What is kept: we keep nothing ourselves. After a deletion request, GameAnalytics removes the data from its systems; aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (for example, the total number of players who finished level 10) may be kept. Without a request, analytics data is kept by GameAnalytics for as long as needed to analyze the game, according to its policy.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Security

Data sent by the advertising and analytics services is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
